The rules of using the platform.

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account you agree to them. The platform is operated under the laws of the Lao PDR and is intended for use by adults aged 20 and over.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for every action taken under your account. Accounts are personal — sharing credentials is not permitted. The operator may disable an account that is misused, that breaches these terms, or that is required by law to be closed.

3. Ticket sales and the draw

Draws are held on the published schedule. Sales close one hour before each draw; tickets bought after that moment are not accepted. The draw result is published on the platform and is final.

4. Prizes

Winning tickets are credited with coins automatically after the draw is published. Coins can be converted to points or withdrawn to a bank account. Withdrawal rules (minimum, maximum, fee, identity verification) are published on the platform and may be updated; the rules in force at the moment of the request apply.

5. Identity verification

Withdrawals require a verified identity (KYC). The team reviews submitted documents and may ask for additional proof. A withdrawal may be held while verification is in progress.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. The operator reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze the involved funds.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The full privacy notice is published separately.

8. Liability

The operator is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control (network outages, force majeure). The platform is provided "as is" and the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and the date below reflects the last change.
