Privacy notice

What personal data the platform collects, why, and how it is protected.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is the platform operator. Contact details are on the support page.

2. What data we collect

To register and use the platform we collect: phone number (login), birth year (age verification), bank account details (withdrawals only), identity document (KYC verification only), transaction history (purchases, deposits, withdrawals, prizes), and device access logs (security and fraud prevention).

3. Why we collect it

The data above is needed to: verify your identity, comply with anti-money-laundering and responsible-gambling laws, process deposits and withdrawals, pay prizes, prevent fraud, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account is active and for five years after closure (regulatory minimum). KYC documents are kept for the same period. Transaction records are kept for ten years. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.

5. Who we share it with

Shared only with: payment providers (to process deposits and withdrawals), authorised staff (to operate the platform and review KYC), regulators and law enforcement (when required by law). Every recipient is bound by the same data-protection rules.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: ask for a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (where the regulatory retention period above does not apply), object to processing for direct marketing (we do none), and lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority.

7. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Identity documents are encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is logged and limited to authorised staff. The platform is operated under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) controls.

8. Contact

Data requests and privacy questions go to the support team through the contact page.
