Frequently asked questions
The honest answers, in plain language.
When are draws held?
Draws are held three times a week — Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 20:00 (GMT+7).
When do ticket sales close?
Sales close one hour before each draw, at 19:00 (GMT+7) on draw day. The closing time is always shown on the drawing card.
How are prizes paid?
After the result is published, every winning ticket is credited with coins automatically — no claim form, no manual review. You see the credit in your wallet right after the draw.
What is the difference between points and coins?
Points buy tickets; coins are winnings. A deposit adds points to your wallet; a prize adds coins; coins can be converted to points or withdrawn to your bank account.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Open the Withdraw page, enter the amount in coins, fill in your bank details, and submit. The first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC); after that the form is fast.
How does identity verification work?
Submit a clear photo of your government ID and a selfie. The team reviews the documents within one working day. Approved verifications never expire.
What is the minimum age?
You must be at least 20 years old to register. Accounts registered with a younger birth year are disabled.
How is my personal data protected?
Personal data is stored under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) controls. Documents submitted for KYC are encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorised staff.
